The Day Of Losing Patience

So I do this conversing ordeal while I'm at work. I usually have a block of downtime and I figure I might as well just leave the ol [dating site] open in a tab. I'm beginning to lose patience with this social experiment. I think the fact that these people have clearly had this work in the past is really just driving me insane. The funny part about this is that it's Monday and I haven't done this since Friday - yet I can't deal.

This one had no spelling abilities, no punctuation, and nothing in common with me just set me off. Apparently because he and I live in the same area he thinks that we have something to talk about. I call bullshit.

I very obviously gave up on this one. It's because of conversations like this that I'll completely give up on trying to find humor in any of this. Somehow, somewhere down the line, this lack of effort must have worked on someone lame. Which brings me to this winner. He'd messaged me a few other times and I let it go because he was significantly better looking than most of these morons that find the need to bother me. He very obviously knows/uses this to his advantage. We're 46% enemies, so I obviously wanted to see what he actually had to say to me. He'd imed me at least 2 times before and had no conversation skills.

What a surprise! he hasn't imed me since! It's pretty funny when people very obviously read my page and see where I live and then ask me if that's where I live. I have a whole grammar rant on my page so he foiled it within a minute of iming me. He really was screwed from the beginning. Also, did he really think that I'd jump on a train and go hang out with him..? I mean really now.

So, needless to say - I think I need a break! Work will be pretty boring, but I need it for my sanity. Brimley's got a pretty good one brewing up though, so he'll take the horn for a few days. Do I get disability pay now?
